The response I received to my polite inquiry was " You gotta ring earlier than this mate !" was not the response I expected. If they were fully booked, a simple " sorry we cant accommodate you " or any other polite response would have sufficed. I did not expect an egotist on the other end of the line and I must confess, I no longer suffer people like this lightly and simply hung up. It may be me, but I thought the job of the Chef was simply to cook the food, I checked if there was a Michelin Star rating for this establishment but sadly not , perhaps the attitude should be wait until such time as there is .
